Shiv Shakti Cateres

Shiv Shakti Cateres is located on Pnb Main Road in Sarrop Nagar, over in the Salem Tabri area of Ludhiana. We are pretty close to Kala Cycle Works, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been cooking for the folks around here for quite some time now. Our setup is simple. We have our kitchen and a place to store our serving dishes and big containers. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and plush chairs. Most of the time, we are on our feet in the kitchen or out at a venue setting up the buffet. Salem Tabri is a busy part of Ludhiana, and we like being right in the thick of it. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order, with vegetable peels everywhere and steam filling the room. We aren't perfect, and occasionally we might forget a spoon or two, but we always fix it quickly. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure the food tastes like home and that there is plenty to go around. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the festival months, but we’re used to it by now. We just take things as they come and keep the stove burning for the next order.
