Being right opposite the bus stand in Ludhiana means there is always something going on outside our door. We are located in the Dhyan Singh Complex, specifically at B-49. It's a busy area and you can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty, but that’s just part of being in the middle of everything. Sharma and Jaswinder started this together and we’ve been at it for a long time. The office is filled with rolls of paper and various drawings scattered across the tables. We don’t have much in the way of decoration because the work takes up most of the room. Usually, you’ll find one of us hunched over a desk looking at a blueprint or talking on the phone with a contractor. It can get pretty hectic when a big project is moving along. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us since everyone knows where the bus stand is. It’s a short walk from the main gate of the complex. The tea stall downstairs makes a good cup that keeps us going through the long afternoons. We don’t really bother with fancy marketing or anything like that. Most people just walk in or call us up after hearing about us from someone else. It is a practical office for practical work. We just show up every day, do the drawings, and handle the consultations as they come.
