Combined Architects & Builders

We are based in Ludhiana, right on Jawwadi Road in Model Town. Our office, Combined Architects & Builders, is on the first floor of building 642 L. If you look out the window, you can see Tikona Park just across the street. It’s a nice view when the trees are green and people are out walking. Being in Model Town means there is always something happening around us. We get to work every morning and start going through the plans and papers. It is a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but it keeps us moving. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to wear suits every day or anything like that. We just focus on the building work and the designs we are handling. Sometimes the road gets crowded with cars, but that’s just Ludhiana for you. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, so the local shopkeepers know us. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby places and eat at our desks. It is a straightforward way of doing things. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just like to see the projects through. The park across the way is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a solid place to work and we like being part of the neighborhood here in this part of town.
