So, we are Sachdeva Telecom and you can find us on Samrala Road in the Dharam Pura area. It is a pretty lively neighborhood to be honest. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the shops around us change while we stayed put. Our place isn’t anything too special to look at, just a regular shop where we handle telecom stuff. Most of our day is spent talking to people from around the block who need help with their phones or connections. We get a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello while they’re out doing their shopping. Samrala Road is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking right in front, but people manage. We have a small counter and some chairs for people to wait. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once, but we make it work somehow. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot in Dharam Pura. My brother and I usually run the place ourselves. We don't have a big website or a social media manager to handle things. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer of the day. It is a simple life and we like the people around here. If you need something telecom related and you’re near Samrala Road, you’ll probably see our sign eventually. We've been here long enough that most people know the name. It works for us.
