Rajwara Vegetarian

Main Hambran Road is where we are located, specifically in Kitchlu Nagar. It's a busy part of Ludhiana, 141001. You’ll see us right opposite the Indian Petrol Pump. At Rajwara Vegetarian, we don’t serve any meat at all. It’s just how we’ve always done it. The road outside is constantly full of cars and people stopping for gas across the street. We get a lot of people who just want a quick meal without any fuss. The tables are wooden and simple. We don't have fancy tablecloths or waiters in uniforms. It’s just a few of us in the back cooking and one person at the counter. The morning starts with getting the fresh vegetables delivered. We spend a lot of time chopping and getting things ready before the lunch crowd shows up. Kitchlu Nagar is a good spot, but it gets very crowded during the evening. We try to keep the place cool with some old fans, but Ludhiana summers are tough. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know us from driving by on the way to work. It’s a straightforward business. We don't make big promises. We just cook what we have and keep the place open for anyone who is hungry and wants a vegetarian meal. It's a plain life but it's our life. We do the dishes ourselves mostly and keep things moving.
