We are the folks at Rajgarhia Food Products Pvt. Ltd., located on Dargah Road near Chhawani Chowk. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been operating in this neighborhood for a good while, and most of the locals know where we are. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but inside we stay busy with the production side of things. It gets quite warm in the kitchen and processing areas, especially during the summer months. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time, helping to get everything packaged and ready. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking weights and making sure the seals are right, but we take it seriously. We don't really have a front shop where you can sit down; it’s more of a place where things get made and then moved out to the shops. You can often smell what we are making from the street, which people tell us they like. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, get the machines started, and work through the list of what needs to be done that day. Sometimes deliveries are late because of the traffic at the chowk, but we just deal with it. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to stay organized and keep the production line moving without any major hiccups.
