Pawan Catering is located in Raikot. If you know where the old post office is at Nebha Chowk, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a good spot because everyone passes through there at some point. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers in offices. It’s just us and the kitchen equipment. Most of our day is spent cleaning, chopping, and preparing for the next event. We have a lot of big crates and insulated boxes to keep everything at the right temperature. Raikot is a place where word travels fast, so we don't feel the need to spend money on fancy marketing. We just do the work and let that be it. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have several orders on the same day, but we just push through it. We aren't trying to sound like a high-end luxury brand. We are just a local catering service that knows the area and the people. We deal with the heat of the stoves and the heavy lifting every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded. We don’t have any scripts to follow when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and then we go out and do it. That’s how we’ve always run things at Nebha Chowk.
