We have been at this address for a while and we’ve seen the road outside get busier and busier every year. Being in Ludhiana means there’s always something going on. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a door and some windows in a building that’s seen better days. But inside, we stay busy. We named the business Not Yet Employed because it felt right at the time, and we just kept it. We don’t have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say or how to act. We just talk to people like we’re talking to our neighbors. Sometimes the phones ring too much and other times it’s completely silent. We handle the ups and downs as they come. It’s a family-style environment here even if we aren't all related. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the tasks we have for the week. We don’t have a grand plan for world domination. We just want to keep the lights on and do a good job for the people who rely on us. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and we’re okay with that. Aggar Nagar is a good place to be and we are happy to be working here every day.
