Abhi Properties

Abhi Properties is located right on Chandigarh Road at number 1. It is a very easy spot to find because of where it sits. We deal with property and land around this area. Being at Chandigarh Road 1 means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. The office is just a regular room with some chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. It is often a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have any flashy signs or big TV screens showing off houses. We just have a list of what is available and we talk to people about what they are looking for. Buying or selling land can be a slow process with a lot of waiting around for paperwork, so we spend a lot of time just chatting with clients over tea. It is a local business and we know the roads and plots around here pretty well. We don't try to push anyone into a deal they don't want. It is more about finding something that fits. If you are driving down Chandigarh Road, you will probably see our door open. We have been here quite a bit and plan to stay as long as people need a hand with property. It is just us here, keeping track of the local market one day at a time.
