Over at Adonis Electronic Pvt Ltd, we’ve set up shop in House No 125 Ax in the Model Town Ext area of Ludhiana. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, which is nice because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main commercial roads. Our building is pretty straightforward. We’ve got benches and tables where we work on different electronic components and parts. It can get a little messy with wires and screwdrivers lying around, but that’s just the nature of the business. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly polished and shiny. There is usually dust on the shelves and the floor gets swept at the end of the day, not every hour. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been here a while. We know each other's habits, like who takes the longest lunch and who always forgets to turn off their monitor. Most of our day is spent fixing things or checking inventory. When someone walks in, they usually just find us in the middle of a project. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell you what’s wrong with a device and how long it’ll take to fix. It’s a practical way of doing things. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit when it’s on high, but it keeps us cool enough. We like it here in Ludhiana.
