Ajay Chopra Advocate

I have my office set up in Ludhiana, specifically at Jainam Arcade, B 1 665, on L B S Marg. It is a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going for various reasons. My space is filled mostly with law books and stacks of files that seem to grow every single week. I spend a lot of my time reading through documents and preparing for whatever is coming up on the court calendar. It is not the most glamorous way to spend the day, but it is what needs to be done. The arcade itself is a central spot, so it is easy for people to find me when they need to drop off papers or talk about their situations. I usually have a few chairs for visitors, and we sit and go through everything step by step. I don't go for any of that high-end corporate decor; it is just a working office with a desk, a phone, and a lot of paper. Sometimes I stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, and the building gets quiet, which is actually quite nice for concentrating. I have been practicing around here for a while, and most of the other people in the arcade are familiar faces now. We help each other out when we can, and it feels like a small community within the building. It is a solid place to work from.
