Mobile Junction

Mobile Junction is tucked away just off Arthur Bunder Road, right near the Clock Tower. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We’ve been in this spot for several years, focusing on mobile phones and everything that goes with them. The shop is quite narrow, but we’ve made use of every inch of wall space for displays. We spend most of our time behind the counter, either helping someone pick out a new phone or trying to fix a cracked screen. Repairing phones requires a lot of patience, and sometimes we’re hunched over a device for an hour just to get one small wire back in place. The noise from the street is constant because of the tourists and locals moving around the Clock Tower area, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. Sometimes the shop gets dusty because of the open door, so we’re always wiping down the glass. We aren’t part of any big chain; it’s just a local business we built ourselves. We don’t have a lot of rules or corporate policies. We just look at the phone, tell you if it can be fixed, and what it might cost. People seem to appreciate that straightforward way of doing things. If you’re near the tower and your phone acts up, we’re probably the closest place to stop in.
