You will find Kumar Icecream & Fast Food over at Akshar Chowk on the Sun Pharma Ring Road in Atladra, which is part of the Feild Ganj area. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it is a good spot for us. We have a mix of things here because people in this area seem to want a bit of everything. We have the ice cream for the kids and those looking for something sweet, and then we have the fast food for those needing a quick meal. The shop stays quite busy, especially in the evenings when families are out for a walk. We have a few small tables, but they are usually full. It gets pretty noisy with the traffic from the Ring Road and the sound of the machines running. We spend a lot of our time making sure the fryers are ready and the ice cream stays cold. It is a lot of work to keep up with the different orders coming in at once. We do not have fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for working in a hot kitchen. We are not trying to be the biggest place in Atladra, we just want to serve the folks who live around Akshar Chowk. It is a practical business and we treat it that way, just focusing on the next customer in line.
