If you go down to Dhuri Line, near the Power House Chowk at number 699, that’s where you’ll find the place of Kirpal Singh Kalra. It’s a well-known corner in this part of town. The area is usually loud because of the traffic near the chowk, but once you step inside, it’s a bit different. We handle things in a very traditional way here. It’s been years of doing the same work, and the experience shows in the piles of folders and the way the desk is organized. We don’t bother with fancy computer systems or sleek office furniture. The old wooden table has been there since the beginning. It’s an honest way to spend the day, talking to customers who come from all over the Dhuri Line area. Some people have been coming here since they were young, and now they bring their own children. It’s a family-oriented vibe, even if it is a place of business. We don’t spend money on advertising because word of mouth has always been enough for us. The windows get a bit dusty from the road outside, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of being near the Power House Chowk. We focus on the work at hand and making sure people get what they came for without any fuss or extra talk. Sometimes we run out of space for all the papers, but we somehow manage to find everything when it's needed.
