Kings Kitchen

Kings Kitchen is over on G N E College Road in Bhai Himmta Singh Nagar. We are part of the Dugri area, but also close to Colony Ropar. Being on a college road means there is always something happening. We see a lot of students and staff from G N E College passing by throughout the day. The energy in Bhai Himmta Singh Nagar is pretty lively, and we fit right into the mix of shops and houses here. Our place isn't too large, but it serves its purpose well. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have all our ingredients. The afternoon is usually the busiest time when everyone is out and about. We don't have a team of marketing people, just us working in the back and serving whoever comes to the door. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with cars and bikes, especially during the college hours. We just take it as it comes. It is a very normal, local way to run a kitchen. We focus on the food and the daily chores like washing up and stocking the shelves. Dugri has grown so much lately, and being near the college gives us a steady stream of familiar faces. It’s a good spot for us, and we have become part of the local scenery in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
