Kapil Kumar Garg

The name is Kapil Kumar Garg and you’ll find me on Firozpur Road. Specifically, I am at B X 305 on the main road. Being on a main road like Firozpur means there is never a quiet moment. There are buses, trucks, and cars going by at all hours. It can be a bit loud, but the location is great because everyone knows where it is. I’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. The building is a bit older, and B X 305 is just a simple room where I handle my business. There isn't a fancy waiting area or anything like that. Just a couple of chairs if someone needs to sit down while we talk. I usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out some of the traffic noise. The windows get dirty pretty fast with all the exhaust from the street, but I try to keep the inside as tidy as I can. It’s just me working here most of the time, so I do everything from answering the phone to filing the papers. I don't use any high-tech systems, just a regular computer and some notebooks. People usually stop by when they’re already out doing errands on Firozpur Road. It’s a practical way to work, being right where the action is. I like the independence of it and the fact that I’ve become a familiar face on this stretch of the road.
