Our business is located at Shop No 1 on Bahadur Ke Road. It is a very busy street with a lot of shops and vehicles passing by constantly. As Kaith Rael Estate Agent, we find that being right on the main road helps people find us easily. The shop itself is small and simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a large map of the neighborhood pinned to the wall. The paint on the walls is a little bit old, but it doesn't affect the work we do. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are looking for a new home or a place to start a business. We also spend a lot of time on the phone with landlords and property owners. Bahadur Ke Road has a lot of energy, and we have become a part of the daily life here. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk; we just try to give people the facts about the properties we have on our list. Sometimes people just stop in to ask for directions or to see what the prices are like in the area. We’ve been in this shop for quite a while now and we know most of the other shopkeepers nearby. When the day is done, we just lock up the shutters and head home. It’s a simple, practical way to run a real estate agency. We just keep it moving.
