Ludhiana is a busy place, especially around Rahon Road. Our shop is tucked away in New Shubhash Nagar, at House Number 11317 in Street Number 4. If you’re coming down this way, you know how the traffic can be with all the bikes and heavy trucks. We spend our days here doing what we do. It’s a family kind of thing, mostly. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the space we have in this building. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty, and we have to keep cleaning the front. We’ve got our routine down. Someone comes in, we talk, we see what they need, and we get to it. It’s not complicated. People around here know the Bector name because we’ve been around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the day's tasks without too much trouble. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's just how things are in this part of town. The office is full of ledgers and some old furniture that’s been there forever. It feels like home more than a workplace really. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the orders. It’s honest work and it keeps us going. Most of the people who work here live just a few streets away.
