K 7 Food Plaza

K 7 Food Plaza is located here in the B E M L Layout area, specifically at 3rd Stage Rajarajeshwari Nagar. It says Ludhiana in our address too, which is a bit of a mix-up from how things were registered, but we are right here at the 5th Cross and 2nd Main. We started this food plaza because we wanted a place where people could get a decent meal without spending a fortune. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. We have a counter where you order and we bring the food out when it's ready. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of pans clanking and the exhaust fan humming. We do a bit of everything, from North Indian dishes to quick bites. Most of the staff has been with us since we opened. We’ve had our share of leaks in the roof during monsoon and days when the stove wouldn’t light, but we managed. We don't have a website or a big social media page. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a practical place. We focus on getting the salt and spices right. Sometimes we get the proportions slightly off and have to start over, but that’s part of cooking. We just want people to leave with a full stomach. It’s a busy life but it keeps us busy.
