Jk Memorial Senior Secondary School

JK Memorial Senior Secondary School is found in Amarjit Colony on Rahon Road, within the New Shiva Ji Nagar area. A good way to find us is to look for the Pani Wala Tanki, as we are located right near that big water tank. Being a senior secondary school, we have older students around most of the time, so the atmosphere is a bit more serious than a primary school. The building is quite large and spread out, with different sections for the various classes. The walls are a bit stained from the rain over the years, but the structure itself is very solid. We have a large area in front where the students park their bicycles and where the staff park their scooters. The hallways are long and have a lot of doors leading into the classrooms where you can see the students working on their lessons. We have a small library that is mostly full of old textbooks and reference materials that have been donated over time. The fans in the ceiling make a bit of a clicking noise, but they keep the air moving. In the afternoons, the area around the water tank gets busy with people, and the school day ends just as the neighborhood starts to wake up for the evening. It’s a practical place that focuses on getting the work done every day in New Shiva Ji Nagar.
