Jaspal Singh Deol

Jaspal Singh Deol is located on South End Road in Ludhiana. This is a place where we’ve been rooted for quite a while. Ludhiana is a busy city, and South End Road has its own rhythm. We don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a traditional setup where we handle our business face-to-face. A lot of the people who come through our doors are folks we have known for years. We talk about the weather and the local news before we even get down to business. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with friends. Our space is filled with things we’ve collected over the years, old calendars on the walls and a few heavy chairs for visitors. We don't use any fancy software to keep track of things. We just have a few notebooks and a good memory. My sons help me out when they can, especially with the heavy lifting or when the phone won't stop ringing. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks in. If we can do something, we say so. If we can't, we tell them that too. There's no point in making things sound better than they are. We just want to do a fair day's work and keep our reputation solid in the neighborhood. That’s how we've always done it. It’s just how things are on South End Road.
