My name is Jagraj Singh Benipal. You can find my place out on Salunke Vihar Road in the Khanna area. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on the road can be a bit of a nightmare during the evening rush. I’ve been working from this location for a while now. The building is easy to spot if you know what you’re looking for. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers who handle the day-to-day tasks. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just providing a steady service to whoever stops by. I like to keep the place organized, but with so much going on, there’s usually a bit of clutter on my desk. People from the neighborhood know me well, and we often end up chatting about the local news while we work. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We wear comfortable clothes because we’re often moving boxes or fixing things. If someone needs something done, we just get to it without much fuss. We don’t have a big website or a marketing person. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. It’s a simple way to run things, and it suits me just fine. We just try to be fair and do the work correctly the first time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big project, but usually we go home on time to see our families.
