Ishita Architectural Consultant

Ishita Architectural Consultant is a small practice located at 363 Plowden Road in Mhow. We are situated right above Dr. Nirja Singh’s clinic, which is how most people find us since the clinic is quite well-known in the area. Mhow is a bit different from the main Indore city, it has its own pace and we like that. Our office is filled with rolls of blueprints, samples of tiles, and sketches pinned to the walls. It is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff everywhere, but it is a working space, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to make buildings work better for the people living in them. We do not use a lot of jargon when we talk to our clients. We just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the drawings together. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so take your time coming up. We have been here for several years and have seen plenty of projects through from start to finish. Some days are quiet, just us drawing and calculating, while other days are chaotic with contractors coming in and out. We do not have a big corporate philosophy. We just like to draw and build things that look decent and work well. It is a straightforward job and we try to keep our process just as simple for everyone involved in the project.
