Our place is at 4/94, Purani Mandi, right near Adda Dakha in Mullanpur, Ludhiana. It’s a busy spot in a very traditional part of town. Being Indcon Projects & Equipments Ltd., we deal with a lot of hardware and project stuff, so the office is usually filled with blueprints, manuals, and various parts. The building is older, sitting right in the Purani Mandi area, which has a lot of character and a lot of noise from the markets nearby. We like being here because everything we need is within reach. You won't find any glossy brochures or sales pitches when you walk in. Instead, you’ll find some of us hunched over desks or talking to vendors on the phone. The pace is steady, and Ludhiana has that energy that keeps you moving. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and the address is well known to the local traders. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the equipment samples lying around, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the projects we are handling get the attention they need. The windows look out onto the street, and there’s always something happening down there in the market. It’s a very real, very grounded way to run a business like ours and stay busy.
