We spend most of our time here at Focal Point Street No 2 192/1 dealing with magnets and metal parts. It gets pretty loud in the workshop when the machines are running, but that is just how it is. We started doing this quite a while ago and haven't really stopped. The floor usually has some metal dust on it no matter how much we sweep every evening. Making magnetic tools involves a lot of sitting at benches and checking things over with our hands. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the workshop feel a bit heavy and slow. People come by asking for specific parts for their projects or small businesses. We just get on with the work and try to keep things organized on the old shelves. It’s not a fancy place at all. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for many years now. You can hear the traffic from the main road outside but we are tucked away in the back. We keep the doors open for a breeze when it is not too dusty or windy outside. Every day is mostly the same, just handling different orders and making sure the magnets are set right. It is a lot of manual stuff. We drink tea twice a day and talk about what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. It is just a regular manufacturing spot where we focus on tools.
