Basant

Basant has been a part of Ludhiana for a long time now. We are located right on Ferozpur Road in Sarabha Nagar. If you are near Flames Mall, you can see our place easily. This business started out small and just grew over the years because people liked what we were doing. It’s a spot where families come on the weekends for a treat. The parking outside can be a real headache, but people still come. It can get very crowded on Sunday evenings, and sometimes there is a wait for a table out front. We don't have a very fancy setup inside. It’s mostly just booths and tables where people can sit and talk. The staff here has been with us for years, and they know many of the regular customers by name. We do a lot of different things, but people usually come for the basics they remember from when they were kids. We keep the place clean, but it shows its age in some corners, which we think is fine. It makes it feel like home for the locals. Running a business on such a busy road means there is always noise from the traffic and horns outside. We are used to it by now. We don't do much advertising at all. People just know where we are and what to expect when they walk through the door. It’s just a straightforward place to get some food in Sarabha Nagar.
