R.S.Builders & Engineers Ltd is based in Ludhiana. Our address is B-1-213/92-C in New Kundan Puri, right in the Civil Lines area. We are quite close to the Baba Balak Nath Mandir. You can often hear the sounds from the temple while we are working in the office. Civil Lines is a well-known part of the city. Being in the building and engineering business means there is always a lot of paperwork and drawings lying around on the tables. It gets a bit messy sometimes. Our staff usually comes in early to plan out the day's tasks. Ludhiana is a busy city, and there is always some construction happening somewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and sites. The office is a simple place. We have a few computers and some chairs that have seen better days. It is not a shiny corporate office. It is where we do the real work. Sometimes the tea guy comes by, and everyone takes a small break. We know the neighbors around here pretty well. It’s a decent spot to be located. The building has been our home for quite some time now. We just focus on getting the projects finished. People in the area know us by name. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just show up and do what needs to be done every day. It’s a lot of hard work but we are used to it.
