We are set up over in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana, specifically at 802 7 Patel Nagar. It’s a fairly well-known part of town, but our building is just a regular one on the street. It’s not one of those massive towers you see in the big city centers. We’ve got a decent amount of space inside, though it fills up fast on Monday mornings. The desks are a bit old, and we’ve got stacks of files everywhere because there is always something to process. Working here in Ludhiana means we see a lot of different people, from shop owners to families living in Patel Nagar. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks for Hdfc Bank Ltd. It’s not a glamorous job, just honest work. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. Inside, it’s just us and the computers. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we are something we aren't. We’re just a local branch where people come to get their stuff sorted out. The lighting is a bit bright, and sometimes the phone won't stop ringing, but we manage. It’s a practical place for practical people. No big mission statements here, just a lot of typing and talking to the neighbors. We’ve been at 802 7 for a while now and know the area well.
