Harish Rai Dhanda

Harish Rai Dhanda is where I spend most of my days. We are tucked away in Japan Market, right on Firozpur Road at B 1 1224. It’s a busy spot. If you know this area, you know how the traffic gets during the afternoons. I started this place a while back and mostly keep to myself, just handling what needs doing. The shop isn't fancy or anything. There’s a desk, some old chairs, and the usual clutter you’d expect from a working office. My neighbors around Japan Market are good people, always popping in for tea or a quick chat about the weather. People come by when they need something specific handled. I don't really do the whole internet thing much, but I figured it was time to have something written down. We aren't trying to change the world here. It's just a regular business day in and day out. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up, but we make do. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the cars out on Firozpur Road. If you are walking through the market, you might miss the door if you aren't looking for B 1 1224. It’s just a plain entrance. I’ve been in this location for a good bit now. Most folks who come in have been doing so for years. They know where the water cooler is and they don't mind the wait. That’s just how it is here. I usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with my family. It's a simple life and I like it that way.
