Gulshan Samrat

Our place is right on the Ludhiana Odhav Octroi Naka Road. It’s a location that stays pretty noisy because of all the trucks and traffic passing by. We’ve been set up here at Gulshan Samrat for a good while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the inventory piles up near the entrance and we have to move stuff around just to walk through. It's a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. The guys who work here have been around for years. We eat lunch together in the back office when things quiet down for a bit. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we go to twice a day. The weather out here can be tough, dusty in the dry months and a bit muddy when it rains, but we just keep the doors open. We don't have a big team or a fancy front desk. It's mostly just handling orders, checking stock, and talking to the drivers who come to pick things up. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up the shelves. We don't do much advertising; people mostly find us because they’re driving past or someone told them we were here. It’s a straightforward life on this road, just keeping the business moving along one day after another. We sometimes stay late to organize the yard when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly. It's hard work, but we've gotten used to the rhythm of this busy road over the years.
