Gautam Bhalla

I am Gautam Bhalla and I have been operating from this location at 353 1 on Civil Line Main Road for a long time. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always something happening right outside the window. People are always walking by or stopping their scooters to ask for directions, and we don't mind that at all. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit creaky, but it has character that you just don’t find in the newer places they are building these days. Inside, it is mostly just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders that have been sitting there for years. I usually get here before the sun gets too hot, and I spend most of my day just handling whatever comes through the door. It isn't a huge operation with lots of staff, just a few of us making sure things are handled right. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby, and we often share a cup of tea or talk about how the weather is changing. Being right on the main road means we get a lot of dust from the traffic, so we are always wiping down the tables, but that is just part of being in this part of town. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way because it keeps things straightforward. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
