You can find Garg Exports over in Transport Nagar within the Textile Colony at D 7. Being in a place called Textile Colony should tell you a lot about what the neighborhood is like. It’s full of trucks and people moving goods around at all hours. Our office is a basic unit that serves as our home base for all the export work we handle. It isn't a place with fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Instead, we have shelves filled with samples and boxes that are waiting to be sent out. The noise of the trucks in Transport Nagar is something we have just learned to ignore over the years. We have a few desks where we sit and manage the logs and the shipping details. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and we have to wipe down the tables before we start. We usually have a bit of a laugh over our morning tea before the real work begins. It’s a practical environment for people who aren't afraid of a little hard work. D 7 isn't hard to find if you are used to the layout of the colony. We are here from morning until late evening most days just keeping track of everything that comes in and goes out. It's a busy life but it’s what we know and we are used to the pace. No need for anything more than our desks and files.
