From Thailand

Our place is at 46 Vishal Nagar Ext on Pakhowal Road in Ludhiana. We call ourselves "From Thailand" because of the goods we bring in or the influence on what we do. It’s a bit of a different vibe for this part of Punjab. Pakhowal Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the honking and the engines all day long. The building is a simple one, and we use most of the space for storage and showing what we have. We started this because we saw an interest in things from abroad. It wasn't a big planned move, just something that grew over time. We don't have a big sales team. If you walk in, you’ll probably just talk to one of us who is moving boxes or checking the inventory. The walls are a bit plain, but the items we have are what people come to see. We’ve had to learn a lot about shipping and how to get things from one country to another. It’s not always easy and there are plenty of delays. We just tell people the truth about when things will arrive. Dealing with logistics can be a headache, but we’ve gotten better at it. We are just a local Ludhiana business trying to offer something a little bit different from the shop next door. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way.
