If you head out toward Ladhowal, you will find us at Field Fresh Food (P) Ltd. We are located right near the Pau Seed Farm, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of the area. The air out here always smells a bit like the fields and the earth, especially when the weather starts to change. Our day starts early because that is just how food businesses work. There is always a lot of movement with trucks coming in and out of the gate. It can get quite dusty on the road near the farm, so we are constantly dusting off the equipment and the desks. We spend a good chunk of our time checking on things and making sure everything is moving along like it should. It’s a practical kind of job and nobody here wears a suit. We deal with the daily stuff as it comes, whether it’s a delivery that is running late or a machine that decided to stop working for no reason. Ladhowal isn't the busiest place in the world, but being near the seed farm keeps things interesting enough. We eat our lunch together most days and just talk about whatever is going on. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. When the sun goes down over the fields, we finish up our last tasks and call it a day.
