Emcon Customer Centre

We are based at the Emcon Customer Centre, which you can find in Ludhiana Central on the Pune Nasik Road in Moshi. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there are always people and cars coming and going at all hours. We’ve been set up in this spot for a good while now. The office itself isn't huge, but it has everything we need to help the folks who stop by. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk through the front door. It is a very hands-on kind of place to work. We don't have any fancy corporate policies or scripts that we have to quote at people. We just listen to what someone needs and then try our best to sort it out for them. The location on Pune Nasik Road is actually pretty convenient for people living in the Moshi area. We see a lot of different faces every single day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when four or five people all arrive at the same time, but we manage to get through it. The building is a bit plain on the outside, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big, shiny glass building. We just want to do our jobs at the customer centre. It is a local spot where we keep things very straightforward. We have a small team here and we all know each other.
