Dulla Ram Meat Shop

Dulla Ram Meat Shop is located over by Dehlon Rosewood Park, near the Sher E Punjab Society on Mahakali Caves Road. It’s a long address, but it’s a good spot for us. We’ve been in this area for a long time now. The shop is small and we keep it as clean as possible, though it’s always busy with people coming in and out. Most of the folks from the society nearby come to us for their weekly shopping. We don’t do any of that fancy packaging you see in the big stores. We just wrap it up in paper or bags like we always have. Dulla Ram started this place years ago and we just kept the tradition going. It’s a lot of early mornings and long days on our feet. The meat comes in fresh and we do all the cutting right there behind the counter. You can hear the sounds of the choppers all morning. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable one for the people who live around Mahakali Caves Road. We know the regulars by their voices before they even walk in the door. Sometimes we have a little extra of something and we let people know. It’s just a friendly, local way of doing business. No big corporate rules here, just us making a living and helping our neighbors get their meals ready. We like it that way and they do too.
