Deep Arjun Architect

Our office, Deep Arjun Architect, is located at 746-L in Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial block. We like it that way because it gives us some peace while we’re working on designs. Being an architect means spending a lot of time thinking about space and how people use it, but our own office is actually pretty cluttered. We have samples of bricks, tiles, and wood everywhere. It’s a bit of a trip hazard if you’re not careful. We don't put on an act for anyone who comes by. If we’re busy, you’ll see us with pens behind our ears and rolled-up sleeves. We’ve designed a few houses in this neighborhood and some further out too. It’s good to see something you drew on paper actually get built out of real materials. Sometimes the process is frustrating, especially when the weather is bad or a supplier is late, but that’s just part of the construction world. We aren’t a massive firm with dozens of employees. It’s just a few of us who know what we’re doing. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us arguing about a measurement or looking at a site photo. That’s just a normal day for us in the neighborhood.
