Dashmeshs Chhole Bhature & Pizza Point

This place is located on M T Street over in Ludhiana, right at D K Lane 3740. It is a bit of a funny mix because we do chhole bhature and pizza in the same shop. People sometimes ask why we have both, but it is just what we decided to cook. Dashmeshs has been around this part of the street for a good bit of time. The morning starts early for us because the dough for the bhature has to be ready before the first people show up for breakfast. Then later in the afternoon, we start getting the pizza ovens going. It gets busy in the kitchen with all the different smells mixing together. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a little crowded when a few groups come in at once. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders. M T Street is always full of noise and traffic, and we are right in the middle of it all. We don't have fancy decorations or big signs. It is just a place to eat some heavy food that fills you up. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected, but that's just how it goes with a small business like ours.
