Dabbu Di Hatti

Dabbu Di Hatti sits over on Link Road, right near Three Gate. It’s one of those spots that people just know because it’s been around for quite a while. The area around Three Gate is always packed with people moving around, and we’re right in the middle of all that chaos. The shop itself isn't very large, so we have to stack things up high. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when customers come in all at once. We sell all sorts of things that people in the neighborhood need for their homes. To be honest, it’s a bit messy inside most days because we’re constantly moving boxes and rearranging stuff. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s a practical place. The Link Road traffic can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. Most of our customers live close by or walk over from the nearby markets. We know a lot of them by name. It’s a family-run thing, and we just show up every morning to open the shutters. There isn't any big secret to how we do things. We just try to keep the stock ready and help people find what they’re looking for without too much fuss. It gets loud and hot, especially in the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy throughout the day.
