Bharat Bhushan Gambhir

I've been spending most of my days here at Dhuri Line in Kamla Nagar. It's a busy spot, number 2166. Bharat Bhushan Gambhir is the name on the door, though most people just know where to find us. The morning starts early when the traffic begins to pick up outside. The walls here have seen a lot of seasons. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but we just sweep it out and keep going. It’s not a fancy place by any means. Just a solid building where the work gets done. Most of the people around here are regulars who walk past every day. We know the tea stall guy and the sound of the trains isn't too far off. You get used to the noise after a while. It just becomes part of the background. Sometimes the lights flicker when the rain is heavy, but we have our torches ready. There’s a lot of paperwork usually piled up on the desk, and the chair creaks a bit when you sit down. That’s just how it is. We don’t really change much because things work fine as they are. If you’re looking for Bharat Bhushan Gambhir, this is where we stay. Just look for the old gate near the corner. It's a simple setup, nothing more than what's needed to stay busy throughout the week. We close up when the sun goes down and do it all again tomorrow. The door sticks a little in the humidity, so you have to give it a real push.
