We are based out of House Number 2 on Street Number 4, right along Vishawkarama Road in Kailash Nagar. It’s in Doraha, which is part of the Ludhiana district here in Punjab. Our name is a bit of a mouthful, Arl A J V Of Future Group Godrej Agrovet Limited, but we just think of ourselves as a local team doing our part in the sector. Being out here in Doraha means we are close to the action. The office is pretty straightforward. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive paintings. It’s just a practical space where we can coordinate things. Punjab is a hardworking place and we try to match that energy every day. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just life on Vishawkarama Road. We deal with a lot of different things related to the group, mostly keeping track of supplies and people. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here for a good stretch now and the locals know the house. We don't use big words to describe our day. We just get up, get to the office, and see what needs doing. It’s a joint venture, so there are always different things moving at once. We just try to keep it all organized without making too much of a fuss about it. It might seem complicated from the outside, but here inside the office, we just take it one day at a time.
