I run my Vaastu consultancy from Firozpur Road in Ludhiana. My office is in Urban Estate, specifically at C 3. It’s a good location because Firozpur Road is a main artery of the city, so people can find me without too much trouble. I’ve been working out of this space for quite a while now. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or a secretary. It’s just a room where I can sit down with people and look over their building plans or talk about the problems they’re having with their homes. Ludhiana is a fast-paced city, but I try to keep things calm in my office. I don't use a lot of complicated jargon when I talk to my clients. I just explain things in a way that makes sense to them. Most of my day is spent either here at the desk or out visiting various sites to see the layout of a property. I’ve seen all kinds of buildings, from small shops to big houses. I take my work seriously but I don’t try to act like I’m some high-level corporate executive. I’m just a guy who knows about Vaastu and wants to help people feel more comfortable in their spaces. The Urban Estate area is nice because it feels a bit more organized than some other parts of town. I’m usually here most days, unless I’m out on a site visit.
