Even though the name says New Delhi, we are actually based right here in Ludhiana. Our place is at 128 E Kitchlu Nagar. It’s a nice enough area, though the 141001 pin code gets busy during the middle of the day. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a local shop once you step inside. We handle a lot of consultancy work, mostly just the daily grind of checking documents and talking to people on the phone. The office isn't anything special. We have some wooden chairs for when people come to visit and a big table where all the work happens. Kitchlu Nagar is a good spot for us because people find it easily. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the door and the phone. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the Delhi name, but we’re used to it by now. We just work through the pile of tasks each day. It’s Ludhiana, so things move at their own pace. We don’t try to be something we’re not. Just a small team in a brick building doing the job we know. It gets cold in the winter and we have to use small heaters. That's just how it is here. Most people know the way to our door.
