Saryu Jaitra Global Resorts & Ayurveda Private Limited is based at P. No 98, Kh. No 246 in Swapn Lok Colony, Kamta Chinhat. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we do all our planning. We handle both the resort side and the Ayurveda side of the business from this spot. Combining those two things keeps us pretty busy. On any given Tuesday, we might be talking about room rates and then switching over to discuss herbal supplies or staff training for the spa. It’s a lot to juggle, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. Swapn Lok Colony is a nice enough place to work from. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team trying to make sure the resorts stay in good shape. We don't use any fancy marketing jargon or try to sound more important than we are. If you came to our office, you’d just see a few desks, some computers, and probably a few cups of half-finished tea. We focus on the daily tasks that keep the business moving forward. We have had our ups and downs like any other business, but we keep showing up and doing the work. It’s about being reliable and making sure the people who visit us get what they expected when they booked a room or a treatment. We take the job seriously but we keep the atmosphere casual.
