We are located at 758, Raksha Khand III, in the Udyan II area of Lucknow, right off Raibareily Road. East India Hotels Ltd has been set up here for a while. This part of Lucknow is growing, but it still feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for the desks we need and a place for guests to sit if they come by to talk about a booking. We mostly look after the details of the hotel business from here. It is a lot of quiet work, keeping track of who is coming and going. The staff here are mostly locals from around Raibareily Road or the nearby colonies. We do not put on any acts; we just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out or use the lanterns if we have to finish something up. It is a decent place to work. We see people from all over who are staying with us for different reasons, maybe for a wedding or just passing through town. We try to keep the place tidy, though the dust from the road makes it a constant chore. It is just us here, making sure things stay organized and that the hotel side of things runs like it is supposed to without any big fuss or complicated systems that nobody understands.
