RUSTIQ RESORTS LLP

We are Rustiq Resorts and we are based at 2/68 Vipul Khand in Lucknow. This part of town is where we do all our planning and office work. We are an LLP, which is just a fancy way of saying we are a small partnership. Our focus is on resorts that feel a bit more natural and less like those sterile city hotels. We are local people from Uttar Pradesh and we started this because we liked the idea of building something for ourselves. Our office in the 226010 area is not very big, but it is where all the decisions happen. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who work at our sites and making sure they have what they need. We do not have any corporate manuals or "best service" promises. We just try to be helpful and keep the resorts in good condition. If the grass needs cutting or a room needs a new light, we make sure it gets done. It is very hands-on and we often have to travel around to check on things personally. Lucknow is a great place to work from and we like being in Vipul Khand because it feels more like a community. We are just a team of folks trying to run a decent business without any unnecessary drama or polished marketing talk. We keep it simple and stay busy.
