RS Crescent Club and Resorts Private Limited is located at G-6, 10 A Ashok Marg, inside Murli Bhawan. This is right in the heart of Lucknow, postcode 226001. Ashok Marg is a pretty well-known road, so it's easy for people to find where we are. We have been operating from this office for some time now. Dealing with clubs and resorts means there is always something going on, whether it is a booking issue or something that needs repairing at one of the properties. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff members. It's just a small group of us sitting in this office in Murli Bhawan. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking through guest lists. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the building. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't use any fancy management software that does everything for us; we still rely a lot on notebooks and simple spreadsheets. We like the fact that our office is in an older building because it has more character than those new glass towers. People drop in from time to time to ask questions, and we just tell them what we know. There’s no script or anything. We just try to keep the business moving forward one day after another.
