F-27 in the Sarojini Nagar Industrial Area is where we do our thing. It’s a typical industrial plot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We deal with industrial processes, so there’s always a bit of grease, some metal parts lying around, and the sound of tools being used. It’s a practical space. We don’t have air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets quite hot in the peak of summer. We just open the big doors and hope for a breeze. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the records and handle the bills. We don't really have staff meetings in the traditional sense; we just talk while we work. It’s a small crew and we all know what needs to be done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life in this area. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just make what we make and try to do a decent job of it. Most of the people around here are in the same boat, just running small factories and trying to stay busy. It’s a loud, dusty, and honest way to make a living, and we’ve been at this F-27 spot for a good while now.
