If you’ve ever been to Aminabad, you know exactly how the energy is. Manish Herbal Products is right in the thick of it at Kamla Market, specifically numbers 53 and 55. It’s a crowded area but it’s home for us. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. There’s always someone shouting outside or a rickshaw bell ringing. We deal with herbal stuff mostly. The shelves are packed with different things we’ve gathered or made. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we’re always wiping things down. It isn't a silent workplace by any means. We talk to the other shopkeepers a lot. Most of us have been in Kamla Market for decades. You get used to the narrow lanes and the way the sun hits the storefront in the afternoon. We don’t have a big fancy website or a huge team. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are packed and sent out. Sometimes we run out of tape or boxes and have to run next door to borrow some. That’s just how it works here. We like the pace of Aminabad even if it’s exhausting by five o’clock. When people ask where we are, we just say near the main market gate. It’s a simple setup. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide herbal products to whoever needs them and go home. We’ve been part of this community for years and wouldn't change it.
