Our office is in Radhakrishna Bhawan on Park Road. Hazratganj is a nice area, and we’ve been at 3A/5 for a long time. Radhakrishna Overseas Corporation might sound like a big name, but we are just a few people working out of an old building. We deal with export and import, mostly coordinating things between different places. It involves a lot of paperwork and waiting for emails. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy coffee machine. Usually, it's just us sitting at our desks with a lot of files. The building has a bit of history, and we like the character of the place. It’s not a modern glass tower, which suits us fine. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships we've built over the years. We try to be honest about what we can and cannot do. If something is going to take two weeks, we don't say it will take one. We keep things realistic. Hazratganj is always busy, so getting in and out can be a bit of a chore, but we are used to it by now. We spend our days making sure the shipments are on track and the documents are correct. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it. We are just a local business doing our part. There is always someone here if you need to drop by.
